Can the envy phone be a web cam?

urg i dont think my camera can, its a

kodak easyshare z730

i want to buy a good quality(no fuzzy image) web cam if neither my phone or digital cam work. help on where to get the best ?

nope neither digital cameras or phone cameras work as web cams, but a super cheap webcam can be found at walmart, the quality might just be as good as a phone camera, but hey something is better than nothing specially for  that prize! (around $20) plus they are also camera keychains!
