Can the gateway P7811-FX notebook be upgraded?

i have heard that you can upgrade the harddrive, cpu,to a blu-ray drive

so i wnat to know if this is true or not

you could upgrade the hard drive and optical drives if they're the right size for the laptop, the CPU is kind of tricky to upgrade in a laptop, for several reasons: (1) the laptop may not be able to provide enough power for the new CPU (in a desktop you just get a new power supply), (2) it might not be able to cool it well enough.
