Can the government tell us we can't eat in resturants?

In the news today.!! If you are overwight, you cannot eat a meal in a resturant. What are they goina ' do, weigh you at the door?

If the "Queen of the Village" makes a rule ; Yes you must obey !! With so many frivolous lawsuits today the restaurant is more than likely just covering their azz against some slob that eats til` he can`t breath , dies , and his family sues the restaurant for allowing to him to gorge himself ! As you know "The Village People" are never at fault for any of their actions that prove them to be the stupid lemmings they are ! It is always someone Else's` fault !!!!!!!!!

Once I saw once a restaurant had some sort of fired banana split dessert (it was on the news a few years back) and if you order it you had to sign a waiver saying you couldn't, I believe, sue, lol , because it had an exuberant amount of calories. Also the FDA is making companies remove trans fats out of foods which makes them lose most of their flavor. Obesity has ruined it for the rest of skinny America.
