Recently all the christian run schools have been closed. I wondered how they can do it without proper approval from govt. Its hightime the govt should think some sort of regulations over them including nationalising the schools run by missonaries.

  1. Its really bad to take such decision. As convent schools play a major role in providing education without discrmination of caste, creed etc.

  2. yes i think goverment has power to nationalise any school, beacuse the athourity which nationalised any school is governs by gov

  3. The one reason for India still being underdeveloped is that incompetent and corrupt governments interfere with everything, almost trying to run the country on their own. You want more of that?

  4. yes, the govt has powers to takeover the schools run by the private Establishments.  The required ordinance can be promulgated by the Assembly after tabling the subject and discussions and passed by the assembly.

now, the private educational Establishment may knock the door for legal option, but that will not stand.

The govt should foot forth the relevant details, how the students unable to learn properly, mismanagement, cooperation of staff with management etc., should come to light.

anyway, the govt has full right to do anything with the frame of law with reasons.

  5. as they r private organisations govt doesnt have any right on them

however if govt nationalise them they would not be provided of any funds

so if they face a problem that they cannot maintain the needs they should have a right to close it

i think it would b better if there would b school in a small area maintained by the residents of it

it would b their property without tax

  6. Yes.
