I am having trouble highlighting groups of files. My pointer instantly highlights a file and when selecting groups, if I accidentally cross over another file, all highlighted files un-highlight in favor of the passed over file. This is a sudden issue that has popped up in the last few weeks.

  1. Hello from the Tech:

Yes you can change by going to Start > Control Pane and opening Mouse, in there are several properties you can change with your mouse including speed, look and clicking speeds.

Hello I am sorry I misunderstood Check that you dont  have a stick shift option tuned on.

This is checked by holding one of your shifts down for 5 seconds or more sometimes peeps do this by accident if they are looking to spell a word or something.  Hold the shift for 5 seconds and look at the options.  Another way to check is to see if when caps lock is on if it prints large or small letters .  check in a word pad program.

    Hope this helps.
