I had asked can the hospital tell if your 3 days pregnant because my sister in law told me she found out she was pregnant only after 3 days and i just got on the shot but i had unprotected s*x 3 days after and ever since my stomach has been hurting and the medicine that the hospital gave me isnt working and now the pain is worser and i was just wondering was it a chance of pregnancy even if i went to the hospital

you may be having side effects to the shot..

3 days, impossible to find out pregnancy at that stage since implantation takes 6-12 days to occur.

If the  "medicine" they gave you is for emergency contraceptive it will make you cramp really bad, most likely. It's got a high level of hormones, so it will make you cramp, some cases more than others. If you're on the shot and you had EC you're most likely not pregnant, and your body is so full of artificial hormones that you could host a menopause convention.

the blood test they will give you at the hospital will not be accurate until about 3 weeks after conception or around the time of your missed period. the blood test is still testing to see if there is an increase in your HCG level and 3 days is not enough time for the egg to get fertilized and make its way up to your uterus to start to produce the hormone.

Take a pregnancy test.  If the pain continues, go to the doctor and have them check your tubes.
