  1. Enclosed spaces using a dehudifier and/or refrigeration equipment with an H20 exhaust to the outside of the enclosed environment.

  2. Inside of a building it can be if you use a de-humidifier

  3. Only when dreams come true?

A humidor is a case of bullshit.

Castro was an expert artist of the same.

  4. Your question can't be answered unless you specify if it is an enclosed space or not. Neither does it say if you want to reduce the absolute or relative humidity.

In an enclosed place like a room, you can reduce humidity by an air conditionning device. When cooled down, the humidity in the air will condense and disposed of as water. That reduced the absolute and relative humidity.

By simply adding heat to the place, you reduce the relative humidity but not the absolute. Say that at 15 degrees Celcius you have 100% saturated air. You have then about 14 grams of water per cubic meter of air. If you increase the temperature, the relative humidity will drop. It will feel less humid but the content of water per unit of air volume will remain the same.

  5. A/c reduces humidity that's the conditioning part, it dries air as well as cooling.
