Can the insulation round patio doors be mended?

The large metal double glazed patio doors in our new place appear to be drafty and it looks like the insulation has worn badly. Can this be repaired/replaced?

They usually have a woolly strip that fits into a slot in the door.  You can buy this, but you first need to find the manufacturer of the door.

possibly some patio doors have a felt/rubber strip that can be slid out and replaced. Your local hardware store such as home depot should have it in stock
