it depends which ipod nano you have . i have the new one & you CAN upload videos .

only the 3rd generation can play videos

If your iPod Nano is the Gen 2, you cant upload music video on it.

If your iPod Nano is the latest version, you can. You may take a look at this guide, it will teach you how to download and put DVD movie on iPod

Only the 3rd generation nano can videos. If you have a 1st gen or second gen then videos will not play on it.
