Can the music and videos i download from iTunes be put on to my phone?

Yeah, plug your phone into your computer, and then drag the songs into your phones music file.

Depends what phone you have. But if you go onto Zamzar (type it in google) you can convert files on your computer to another format, in this case it would be the 3 gp format.
