Can the orhtidontist tell

if you have been smoking, all i smoked were cigars so im just wondering

Depends on how much you smoke and how long you've been smoking.  If your a frequent smoker, then yes orthodontists can tell that you've been smoking.  It stains your teeth and makes your breath smell.

Just curious? How old are you? Because normally you have braces when you're a teen so... But yes sometimes because i did it once like last month and my ortho caught it and threatened to tell my mom but he didn't
