Can the owner see deleted messages in Yahoo Groups?

I was just wondering if the owner can see the deleted messages in yahoo groups. Is it possible?

AS an owner, I suggest you enable instant emails.

That way you can keep track of what comes in .

If that is deleted, you will know.

But if it is deleted from an archive, you will not know.

deleted messages can't be seen, but owners can use the management tools to see if messages have been deleted, and the beginning of the subject line

as a group owner, i have a gmail account where all messages go individually, so even if they're deleted from the group i can still see and search within them - handy!

once it's deleted, from the group no one can see it (through cashe maybe). however if the owner mail settings are individual mail or digest, deleted messages off the group wont matter because it'll be in their in-box.
