I think he can get past David Diaz.  I don't think he can beat Juan "Baby Bull" Diaz, who is too active and too powerful for Pacman.  Pac can't outbox him, and his punches won't have as much effect on Juan Diaz as his other opponents.

It really depends on Pacman's condition... For me honestly... It's too early for Manny to come up to the lightweight fight the diazes... he still have to fight the other champs in superfeatherweight... Or he should first try to fight a unranked but strong lightweight before facing david or juan... But if Manny focus very in training... Finding the right fighting formula... I believe he can beat them... but like other says... It's too early to determined whether he can or not...

Manny Pacquiao started his career at 107 pounds the thing with moving up in weight is you lose your punch. There's been talk about fighting Oscar or Hatton and Nate Campbell these guys are all naturally bigger than Manny. His punch is is biggest weapon that's what carried him through Both Marquez fights only winning because of knockdowns. Manny isn't going to carry so much punch at lightweight if he doesn't sharp-in his skills up Casmayor and Nate Campbell are going eat him especially Nate if he could out punch then outbox Juan Daiz that's a sign Manny might have his work cut out. Casmayor is a good Boxer he has slowed down in years and isn't what he used to be but that fight would be close either way. The lightweight divison is so packed even more than the Welterweights or Ligh tHeavyweights so many tough guys. Kahn,Casmayor,Katsidis,Campbell,Juan Daiz,Peterson,Zair Raheem, I dont know. He is in a Calzaghe like situation comming to a packed divison THIS WONT BE EASY.

Sure he can.  The Diazes don't have the speed, power and skill of a Pacman.  They just ain't in Pacquiao's class.
