My grandfather is jewish. There is a man who lives near him (who does nothing but cause trouble) in the neighborhood. He does not like my grandfather cause he is jewish and he is not. Last week when my grandfather came home from the store he found that the man had spray painted a swastika on his garage door and threw his trash can (which was on the curb for trash pickup) at his fence breaking out two of the boards. I confronted him on it and he said how can you prove that I did it? Larry who lives next door to Ernest (my grandfather) said that he has the whole thing on video. So can the police arrest him?

No one who lives near this man likes him at all.

  1. Sure. The video would be evidence. Call the police

  2. IF THERE IS VIDEO OF THIS MAN DOING THIS STUFF THEN HE CAN BE PROSECUTED... I WOULD TAKE THIS TAPE TO THE POLICE DEPARTMENT AND FILE A COMPLAINT AGAINST HIM.

  3. If the video is actually the man spraying the swastika on your grandfathers door, then the police can arrest him and charge him with vandalism of property and a hate crime.

  4. Hahaha..yeah. The video is your winning ticket. Be sure and send that neighbor a Christmas card this year!

  5. All they will need is the video, a statement from the guy who shot the video, and a statement from your grandfather saying he didn't give the guy permission to defile his home.

If that was here, I would have it filed in a day.

  6. yep go to the police station nd bring the tape nd the guy who shot the video and the cops will do the rest..he was trespassing...destruction of property....throw some verbal harassment... sue him for the damage....good luck..
