I got the cops called on me the other night about my neighbors shooting my dogs for no reason.they have always hated me because i sued them over a dog attack that they refused to pay for(it was their fault). They always told us that they would get revenge....well they shot at both of my dogs and killed one of them and wounding another.

The dogs were on my property when they shot them. The cops came to my house last night and questioned me about the situation and then they told me to get out of my own house, then they questioned my kids (ages 6,11,14,and 15).They also told me that they needed to search my barn for some reason and they told me to come with them.I went with them and all 3 cops did nothing but cussed me out in my own barn. They called me everything but a human! Thet called me a G.D. lier, w h**e, b*tch, sl*t,over and over again. they told me that they were going to take every animal i got away from me.

  1. With court approval they have the right to question anyone they want, although with minors the parent or guardian, or a legal representative acceptable to the court, must be present.

  2. NO...I SEE A LAW SUIT.

  3. Get yourself a good lawyer. They violated several of your constitutional rights and probably aren't through with messing with you.

  4. Cops can do anything they want just consider yourself lucky they didn't shoot you and plant a gun and drugs on you.
