TAPS doesn't usually go hunting for particular ghosts.  They investigate *locations* to find out if there are ghosts present and/or if  reported paranormal activity can be explained by normal means.  

Also, *if Bin Laden is dead, that doesn't mean his spirit is earthbound. Perhaps he was at peace with himself when he died and crossed over into the spirit plane.

Paranormal investigation teams are only able to find evidence of earthbound spirits or residual haunts, not spirits that have crossed over.  One would need a medium to contact such a spirit.

You can't find the ghost of someone who is...possibly  alive.Plus if he did die, I don't think the TAPS team is going to go overseas and slightly risk there lives to find him.Also, who is to say he is even a ghost?perhaps he has moved on to the afterlife.
