Typically, there are lots of contractors working in Georgia. The Georgian government has been exploring joining NATO and that requires a lot of things to be done. Those contractors are normally from NATO countries like the USA, Britain, Germany, etc. Normally, they have pretty mundane assignments, not super spy stuff. But, be assured, if the Russians captured one, they would propaganda it up.
