Can the same photoshop plugins be installed installed in both PC and MAC versions?

I just bought a mac and I'm switching over from PC to Mac. I'm wondering if it's possible to install my PC version of the adobe photoshop plugins into my MAC version of Photoshop? Thanks in advance.
