Can the samsung SC-DC173U stream live video?

i was wondering the my samsung SC-DC173U can stream live video on a site like stickam or ustream. because i don't know how to find out :(

Though i am not familiar with this particular model any camcorder that has a monitor mode (where you can monitor the cam even while not recording) and has A/V output will work. Camcorders that download only after recording will not give you a live stream.
