mine has from when i was little i had like a normal nose now it looks like i am a cocaine addict as you can see the cartilage a bit at the front

yes, your nose is one of the only parts of the body that constantly gets bigger through out your life.

Yeah...my older sister's used to be a button nose in 6th grade, and it started turning downward in about 9th grade :S

yea. you're ears and nose grow for the rest of your life, very slowly of course, u cant notice it. also your nose swells before giving birth then goes back to normal.
