  1. not through the awesome aluminum foil helmet I have. No way the government is reading my brain waves.

from what I could glean from a quick Google search the power levels are very low and not of any significant health risk.

  2. The radio waves emitted by those deices have very little energy. So you don't have to worry. More more likely to harm yourself if you place your hand inside a turned-on microwave oven.

  3. I seems to be generally believed that radiation is harmful,at this low level it would seem to be insignificant.

  4. The signals are as stated very low level energy. However some people claim they are sensitive to this kind of radiation. Basically if you have a CRT monitor the radiation will be stronger from that than from wireless mouse and keyboard. I think signal masts might be giving off stronger signals. You are bound to see one around you.

A woman at work had read up on the CRT radiation back in the 90s and demanded lots of shielding for her monitor because it made her feel sick. After testing we found out that her office lamp gave off more radiation than her screen. We still gave her the shielding though, and she was happy and not as sick again. And we never told her about the lamp.
