Can the sole owner of a corp spend money how he pleases, as long as it is not deducted as a business expense?

if you want to be specific you can specify the type of entity. c s llc llp etc.

Question assumes spending from corporate accounts, not payout and then spend from personal acount.

  1. You need to seperate out your finances from the businesses finances (like open a seperate account for the business).  Then pay for business expenses with the business account, and you own with your personal account.  Whenever you ned money you then pay yourself from the business account.  Don't co-mingle the funds or you won't get the benefits of the corporation (court will consider the company as an extension of yourself not a seperate entity).
