  1. Of course!

          but i would only do that if you think the student is up to going past the normal level otherwise he or she will not like it. do it gradually don't just jump in.

  2. Some teachers may choose not too but if they do help (especially with the higher based work) then they may knock points off them as they were helped when marking.
