Can the upcoming eclipse be seen in Israel?

If you are in northern Israel, you could see a very small partial eclipse, but for the most part it will be to the north.  Thus much of the Mediterranean will not even see a partial eclipse.  See this map  for the areas of partial eclipse, and path of totality:
