Can the us government Change an amendment with another amendment?

Do not believe that there has ever been an amendment to another amendment already in our Constitution---there have been repeals and new amendments added but not an amendment to another Constitutional Amendment-----but it could be done if the Congress and States want it to happen.

Edit:---Several states have use the method of amending the amendments to their constitutions.
