Can the video card in a laptop be changed?

i was wondering if there was a way to get a better video card for my dell inspiron 1525. if there is a way to change the video card, suggestions on how to change it and suggestions on a good video card would be apprectiated

  2. Only in some cases where some laptops are built for gaming.  Unfortunately your laptop's GPU is soldered in.

  7. no, i dont think you can, most laptops have there built in video card, most desktops have video cards, some dont, but not sure how it goes with a laptop.

    so i dont think you can change much of the laptop.


  8. There are a couple of external graphic cards on the market, but they're probably more expensive than your whole laptop, so... no :)

  9. No, it's built into the motherboard, you could upgrade the motherboard though, but that would cost a lot.
