Yes! But you have to take A LOT!! i have never done it personally, but a friend in highschool used to take it to pass her drug tests. She would get really hot, and skin was splotchy and it would come and go for a long period of time.

I'd never do it. You should not be doing drugs to begin with. Who knows what the side effects could be?

i dont  do drugs but my brother is a long time user of drugs he allways takes niacin and from his experiance yes it does clean your systum of narcortics well at least its sopost to
