Can the xbox 360 display 1080p using component?

Question

is there a lot of difference between 1080p and 1080i

also is there a notice full difference between component and HDMI

HDMI is not full HD it plays all DVDs near HD quality and 1080p is 30% better than 1080i and 360 can play games on 1080p but not movies id say HDMI plays at 650HD

i use only HDMI and to me its alot better then 1080i or p.  I use a 62 inch plasma tv and i can clearly see the difference

It does  output 1080p to your TV.  It's not that big of a difference though, since most games aren't made for 1080p anyway.  Maybe in the future.
