I mean if someone promotes Islamic Jihad they are forcing others to speek and do as they say. This means they are destroying free speech. On the other hand if one is censord for promoting Jihad they call foul saying their right of free speech is being denied.

  1. well, there isnt such a thing as free speech with fanatic muslim extremist. so, its hard to pinpoint the problem really. but they can say whatever they want, but the people are basically brainwashed and raised in this violent cult so free speech or not, its a butch of bull.

  2. Free speech protects ALL Speech.

It is not yelling fire in the theatre that is limited, as no speech is limited, however the damage to the theatre caused on the way out, and the injurys to the people running out, are violations of thier rights.

  3. No, there will likely always be restrictions on freedom of speech. Things like libel, slander, fighting words, hate speech (in some places), inciting violence, making threats, etc. are and should be restricted.
