Can there be such a barber?

The barber in a remote town can only be reached by travelling a dangerous mountain road shaves those people,and only those people,who donot shave themselves.Can there be such a barber?If yes why?If no why?Explain it by a suitable reason.

To call yourself a barber you need to go to barber college.

I'm sure there could be such a barber, but he wouldn't be making much money.  It seems to me that most of those who could not shave themselves would also not be traversing dangerous mountain roads, so he would have a shortage of customers.  Anyone, however, could live anywhere and call himself a barber.
