Question:

Can these earplugs really be safe?

My husband snores really loud, so loud that I need to wear earplugs in order to sleep with him. Sometimes my ears hurt in the morning... even though I follow all of the directions and insert them correctly. So I'm wondering do you think wearing earplugs every night safe for my ears and for my hearing? Do any other people have to sleep with ear plugs as well? Any input would be greatly appreciated.

  1. They probably just hurt from the pressure of the plug in your ear canal.

You know, like if you wear a hat too long in the winter and then your hair folicles hurt like a m**o when you take it off. Same type of concept.

I don't see how this could possibly hurt your hearing.
