print the pic and take it to a opty and ask if they can do it.

You really can't tell by the picture. Be sure you can return them if it cannot be done. Whoever you plan to ask to have lenses made for it will really need to see the frame in hand to make that determination. Not all non prescription sunglass frames are ideal for Rx lenses.
