Can they do lasik surgery on on people with astigmatism?

just wondering because i have astigmatism and i want to get this do if possible when im an adult

yea. i had it done. i opted for perfect vision in both eyes...none of this 1 eye see's upclose, well.  while the other see's far away just as well. to wierd for me.  so now i have good distance in both eyes. actually when last tested i had 20/13 vision.

on the other hand i can't see squat up close.  i need readers for everything. newspaper, cellphone, email, magazines.

even to eat, if i want to see whats on my plate, and headed towards my mouth...bring on the readers.

i highly recommend keeping the eyes god gave you and invest in a couple pairs of glasses you really like.
