Can they ever get the Queen Mary ship going again? what if budget was not a problem?

It has no engine it can't go and has been sitting too long

With enough money anything can be accomplished. The Queen Mary is actually not in bad shape. I was on there two years ago and it wouldn't be hard to believe that it could be ready for another voyage in 30 days.

No it's too old and would be a risk of it sinking

It's a hotel and historic place.  They make more money this way then using an old engine (that wastes resources/money) and would have trouble selling all the tickets because people use planes.
