Can they not wire Casey Anthony's ankle monitor in case she spills the beans about Caylee?

Who cares if it is a breach of confidence...if we can get Caylee back, or at least find out what happened, I say wire the B**ch up! :)

I am more than confident that the Anthony family home is wired. Keep in mind that investigators were in the home on no less than three occasions while the parents were not there. I think that would have been a good time to wire the place up.

Someone else noted that the FBI is involved, and they will get to the bottom of this. I couldn't agree more. The FBI is the last group of folks you want investigating you. They have much more liberal restrictions on what they can and can't do, and the federal restrictions they must follow supercede any Florida law. Casey is screwed.

I say they should bug the phone she will be using in the prison.  Wire tap or something.  I can't see how it would be an invasion of privacy if they did because she lost her rights if you ask me when she got locked up.  Even if I was locked up (and innocent) I would do anything it took to get my child home.  It sounds as if she has something to hide.

Im certain with the right warrant they could legally wiretap her parents house, and it should be easy to obtain one. I was thinking this before-wiretap her parents house, maybe bug their cars as well-let her out on bail and listen to her sing. Shes not too smart, she would probably crack and start saying stuff to her parents to lead them to the truth.

What ever they decide to do no will know. Oh but I can assure you they will find out the truth. The FBI is involved and this is not Aruba, they will find out for sure..
