i think someone missed something and I fell through the cracks somehow..the job requires and clean pee test and a post-employment letter from my last job.I didn't do them lol, because I didn't think I was going to get the job nor did I really want it at the time. They called and offered me the position and I of course accepted.Though I am obviously missing those two important peices of information! now what?

I do all the paperwork monday!

  1. I think you should ask when you go in whether they need those items.  Most likely they'll say yes, but i don't think not having them beforehand will cause them to rescind their offer; they'll just ask you to bring them in within a few days.  (hopefully you can deliver on both!)  While it probably wouldn't be a big deal if the issue was never raised again, it's better to be on the safe side.  If they offered you the job without having either, however, they can't care all that much about them.

  2. Those two things are considered conditions of employment and without them an employer can definitely turn you away.

  3. Best thing to do is to ask the employer if they still need it!
