Can thin, fine hair look good long? ?

hey guys im a teenager with naturally thin and fine dark brown hair. Its not really straight, the front is more wavy but in the back where its thicker its more striaght. i was wondering what everyone thought about it being able to look good long? ive always kept it around shoulder length or shorter, but have always wanted to have it long, just not sure if it would be worth the time only to have really gross stringy hair.. what do you think??

i have fine thin hair, that is realllllly dark brown! and its reallly long, like, it reaches right above my last rib, . and alot of people say it looks really good, its pin straight and flowy

if you grow your hair really long it will be straighter and of course it wil look fabulus!
