Can this card be used as debit?

It's from my bank and is for my savings account. I know for sure that it's an ATM card, but can it be used as a debit card? On the back, there is the Cirrus logo and the Star logo.

only if it has a visa or master card, some places may take it if they show the cirrus or star logo, like gas stations

If it's not endorsed by Visa or M/C then no. Sounds to me like a simple debit card. To be sure flip your card over and/or call customer servie to confirm.

Generally if the card has a pin number and a Visa or MasterCard Logo, you can also use it as a debit card as well.
