  1. Your PC may have some virus or trojans.

    You can install Clamwin anti-virus.

ClamWin is a Free Antivirus for Microsoft Windows

that uses the GNU General Public License by the Free Software

Foundation and is free (as in freedom) software.

It can detect and remove more than 400,000 viruses and trojans

There is a portable version of ClamWin where it can be install into an USB pendrive as small as 64 MB.

First, you use another PC to download Clamwin portable anti-virus

and install Clamwin portable on a USB thumb drive.

    http://portableapps.com/apps/utilities/c...

Start Clamwin anti-virus and update the latest anti-virus definition files.

Select the tools menu bar, set the preferences to remove virus.

Document on how to configure ClamWin

    http://support.real-time.com/open-source...

When the USB pendrive is ready.

If possible, disable system restore on infected PC.

Start the infected PC in safe mode by pressing F8 during start up.

Run the Clamwin Anti-virus that is installed on the USB drive to scan the infected PC.

Scan all hard drives for viruses.

Then download and install spybot search and destroy

Spybot search and destroy is the best free anti-spyware tool.

Update spybot and do a scan.

Remove spyware/adware found and immunise your system against future infection.

    http://www.safer-networking.org/

Spybot search and destroy immunize your computer against spyware.

by modifying Internet Explorer to block a lot of the bad stuff known to Spybot.

Enable the advance features and use Spybot host file locking which is a tool that locks the hosts file to prevent unauthorized changes.

    Locking the hosts file will prevent most hosts hijackers (even unknown) from doing harm;

Locking the IE settings will prevent other users of your computer to change your preferences.

Create a new user account with restriction for your friend.

She won't be able to install any software using the limited user account so she won't be able get computer viruses/spywares.

  2. a newbie wandering through p**n, presumably with internet explorer.  your chances of having at least one virus are so close to 100% it's not funny.

get a good free virus scanner, or preferably two.  avg free 8.0 and spybot is a good start.  run them both straight away.  don't use internet explorer, change to firefox or opera, they are more secure.

  3. Those wonderfully entertaining and amusing p**n sites clearly have viruses! Yep, computers suffer much the same way we do when we experience sexual activity with strangers and such.

Tell your friend to get her own computer because she's taking yours out on the town and getting is very sick with all kinds of viruses! That's the fact.

Be forthright with her that the p**n sites really do infect her. If she needs the p**n fix, have your friend find a few "safe" sites that she can view exclusively and not to just "surf" around so many unknown sites. Such an irony isn't it?  Promiscuity effects both people and computers in the same ways.

Unlike us however, you can back up your good files and I highly recommend you re-install Windows to the factory installed settings. Then make a new "user" just for your friend to use too. This will at least minimize some of the problems.

  4. you got spyware

  5. Infected with something, virus/spyware/adware I don't know, you can try those anti-virus stuff but IMHO reinstall entire Windows is more foolproof.

Rarely a virus do cause physical permanent damage, most likely just Windows only.

  6. you can be a p**n star.

  7. To break the news to your friend, why not provide a condom with the laptop next time and tell her that she needs to use protection when surfing.

  8. Oh my lord, do you know anything about computers?  I laughed when I read that you took your battery out to attempt to fix it.  Lol, jk, I use to suck at computers too.  Find a good virus removal software--there are actually a few good free ones too.  Check out superantispyware at download.com.  Might wanna take a few computer lessons too :).  Good luck.

  9. You're computer has a virus. Viruses cause computers to run slow, take up space and alot of times are downloaded onto your computer through those kinds of websites.

  10. First, tell her a real man is magnificent, don't g*y any more~~

And, maybe your laptop is attacked by some spyware, or some kinds of threats.

Just download a antivirus software, and a Firewall to your laptop

I suggest you to try AVG, it is free of charge

AVG: AVG Free Edition is the well-known antivirus protection tool.

AVG Freeis available free of charge to home users for the life of the product.
