Can this girl play the guitar and sing?

Question

Is this girl a good guitar player? She gets crazy with the hair and there are times her voice sounds a bit screechy, but overall what do you think? Is she marketable? What are her strengths/weaknesses?

I produce music and solicit opinions from others prior to production so I thank you for your input.

can you give us a link to see, because this really doesn't show her guitar abilities.

She sings well, but I don't think she can be very marketable judging from the video.

Her voice and appearance are generally interesting, but her singing is a bit weird and her style / physical appearance in this video don't help her very much to succeed.
