Can this happen SIMPLE QUICK QUESTION?

Question

I just graduated 8th grade yesterday with my class and got all of my classes moving into high school. The thing though is I slacked during the last trimester and on the finals. I am not sure if the finals were graded or not yet but I think I might have failed a final or two. They already gave me my diploma and said I graduated so can they take it back and make me repeat 8th grade or is what is done is done?

you don't get your diploma until all your grades have been calculated, or your teachers declare that you've finished the year at least at a passing level. if you were in danger of failing a whole class due to failing the final, your teacher would have let you know. as it is, even your final grades won't affect your graduation. relax, enjoy high school!
