its those flowers from cakes red ones and i ate a a lot of them so could these turn my p**p red

Definantly possible! I use to be addicted to the blue cruiser drinks and they use to turn my poo blue (happened to a few of my friends). Unless you have abdo pain I would say it is definantly the flowers (how cute hehe)
