  1. No, there isn't sufficient enough fat to make you gain weight... there's less fat in a softgel than there would be in a few potato chips. It can actually help in losing weight, though, because it helps with cardiovascular health... if your heart/lungs are working better, it can be easier to exercise, which can help workouts last longer and burn more calories  ;-)

    Fish Oil does help with skin health which may indirectly affect hair health and/or shine... but it's not one of the common uses for it.

It can actually help you lose weight,but make sure you don't take more than the bottle says and if you are taking other supplements make sure you add that up with the vitamin a you get from the fish oil. Vitamin a for most eople is a limit of 25,000 IUs. FYI Salmon oil has the most amount of fatty acids per gram fo all known fish.
