TiVo is Just for free to air -

FOXTEL uses the IQ box to do the same thing as TiVo

No Tivo cannot be used with foxtel in Australia. Tivo in the US does work with the pay tv because that is what it was made for but here in oz we have foxtel want you to buy and use their IQ foxtel product, so they did not bring it out.
