Can tornado chasers get stopped for speeding?

It's still against the law, but I don't think the police would take the time to pull them over if there was a tornado nearby.

if theres a tornado close i dont think anyone will care if ther speeding...i mean i guess they do have to obey the law but if most of the ppl are running around and screaming the police would rather try to calm them down then pull u over...Also tornadoes r mostly in flat areas with hardly any cars or police...it probably wont matter if u go over too much...nobody will notice...
