  1. If you have a pass or permission, yes.

    Most of the time, they won't let you in.  


  2. No it is impossible for visitors to go beyond 5 kilometers of the Olympic area here in Beijing without an authorisation pass.

  3. They worry about terrorists, so you have to get a permit.

  4. Why not? Every people are welcome unless you hand a gun or bring bombs. LOL...

    I'm in China. I have not heard our government would not let foreigners in.
