  1. any gender they will fight to the death so you will have 1 injured and one dead or both dead.

  2. I wouldnt recomend it. A family memeber of mine has tried it ad things worked out fine as long as they were in a very large tank, with lots of foliage, and other fish. Personally in my experience I wouldnt try it.

  3. yes no maybe so pssshhh i dont know all betas r different try it !

  4. it would really depends.. you're taking a chance because they may mate, then again they could end up into a fight and killing eachother.

make sure that its a boy and a girl if you're willing to risk it.

if theres two male, they will fight, same with two female.

  5. nope he'll end up killing her

    thats what happened to mine

    :[

  6. 2 girls work out fine

1 girl 1 guy will breed

2 guys will fight till death

    3 girls good

  7. as above, they will fight until one dies (usually the female)

and with breeding the correct conditions must be contained then the fish introduced. you have to watch them and separate straight after they mate cos thats when they fight
