Question:

Can two different headlights cause a problem?

Have a 2007 Kia Spectra EX (not sure if it matters...) and just replaced a (burnt out?) headlight. At first, I had PIAAs in, the left side burnt out so I replaced it with a Silverstar. Turned on the car, both the Silverstar and remaining PIAA were both working. Turned on the car to leave and saw that the remaining PIAA was burnt out. Just wondering if the two different brands caused a burn out.

  1. Not at all.............

Different lights did not result in burn out........

It was just some other technical problem......

  2. of course no....

as long you put it and set the flash as its suitable

  3. the only problem is it might confuse the deer lol

  4. Unlikely, but it could be possible if the replacement bulb is a much higher wattage but unlikely.

  5. NO.

Just like you can have many different types and wattage bulb in your house, you can mix and match them on your car.  The PIAA was old so they were due to burn out anyway.

    Good Luck...
