Can two sky remotes work simultaneously off one sky box?

I have sky downstairs and have a wireless unit to transmit this upstairs so want to know can I use one sky remote for downstairs and one for upstairs.

If you have the Sky Magic Eye, you can watch and change the channels from a different room. If this is not what you have, test out your remote and see if it works. Good Luck
