My weed eater gas (two-stroke fuel mixture) was accidentally put into a honda civic. Approx a 1/4 gallon. How bad is this? Any help will be great thanks.

  1. >>  1/4 gallon.

No.  It will burn up the oil that's mix in.  Just get full tank of fresh gas to dilute it.  And if the car seems to run dirty AFTER the tank, run a fuel injector cleaner.

    good luck...

  2. It will not hurt it at all.

  3. In a word, YES. Drain it off before you even run it!

  4. It will just make the car smoke a tad and once burnt out it's going to be fine don't worry about it I have been there and done that.

  5. Not really, that is not enough to hurt it.  If you can fill the tank with regular gas to dilute it even more.

  6. Fill up the rest of the tank with normal gas to help dilute the oil in the 2-stroke, it should be fine but dont be surprised if your exhuast has blue smoke in it.

  7. No that small amount won't hut anything. Just don't make it a habit.

  8. No not enough to hurt>gallons yes>

  9. it wont hurt nothing, it might smoke some until it burns up.

  10. I'd suggest re-filling the car's gas tank as full as you can with 93 octane gas. Oil even small amounts can do a number on your catalytic converter. The 93 octane will raise the octane level back where it should normally be.
